After completing 30,000 cycles of opening and closing, let the device rest for 24 hours at 23℃±2℃. Measure the torque of the rotary damper, ensuring that the torque change rate stays within 30% of the initial torque. Also, conduct a visual inspection for any signs of oil leakage or damage to its appearance.
Conducted at a rate of one cycle every 2 seconds, totaling 12,000 cycle repetitions. After a 24-hour resting period, the closing duration must meet or exceed 3 seconds to pass the test.
