Peir’s advanced testing lab ensures our products meet the highest quality and performance standards. With rigorous tests, including durability and environmental simulations, we ensure our products satisfy industry demands. This dedication to excellence and detailed testing makes Peir a reliable and professional choice in the field.

Reliability Test

After completing 30,000 cycles of opening and closing, let the device rest for 24 hours at 23℃±2℃. Measure the torque of the rotary damper, ensuring that the torque change rate stays within 30% of the initial torque. Also, conduct a visual inspection for any signs of oil leakage or damage to its appearance.

Thermal Shock

  • Operating temperature -5° to 60°C
  • 10,500 cycle’s endurance test to be performed on the hinges in a thermal chamber.
  • Thermal chamber to be cycled between -5° & 60°C every 2 hrs till completion of endurance.
Forced Close Test

Conducted at a rate of one cycle every 2 seconds, totaling 12,000 repetitions. After a 24-hour resting period, the closing duration must meet or exceed 3 seconds to pass the test.
