With rigorous tests, including durability and environmental simulations, we ensure our products satisfy industry demands. This dedication to excellence and detailed testing makes Peir a reliable and professional choice in the field.

Reliability Test

After completing 30,000 cycles of opening and closing, let the device rest for 24 hours at 23℃±2℃. Measure the torque of the rotary damper, ensuring that the torque change rate stays within 30% of the initial torque. Also, conduct a visual inspection for any signs of oil leakage or damage to its appearance.

  • Operating temperature -5° to 60°C
  • 10,500 cycle’s endurance test to be performed on the hinges in a thermal chamber.
  • Thermal chamber to be cycled between -5° & 60°C every 2 hrs till completion of endurance.
Forced Close Test

Conducted at a rate of one cycle every 2 seconds, totaling 12,000 repetitions. After a 24-hour resting period, the closing duration must meet or exceed 3 seconds to pass the test.
