Input the parameter, get the right torque value your are looking for.
Seat or cover weight/(kg) | Length/(cm) | width/m | Torque/ each damper(kgf.cm) |
---|---|---|---|
Example:0.5kg | 0.35 | 0.15 | =0.5*0.35/2 |
110° to 0° reciprocating, the action time is less than 2 seconds, after 12000 times of action, after standing for 24 hours, the closing time is ≥ 3 seconds.
After 50,000 times, the closing time is ≥3 seconds.
Open to the 110° position, close to 70° to start slow down timing, and the closing time measurement angle is 70°~0°.

Q: How do I determine the appropriate damping level for my toilet seat?
A: The appropriate damping level depends on factors such as the weight of the seat, the desired closing speed, and the type of hinges being used. Our engineers can help you determine the best solution based on your specific needs.
Q: Can I customize the appearance of the damping mechanism to match my toilet seat design?
A: Yes, we offer a variety of options for customization, including color and surface finish. Our team can work with you to create a design that complements your overall product design.
Q: How do I ensure that the damping mechanism will fit properly with my toilet seat and hinge system?
A: Our engineers will work closely with you to obtain detailed dimensions and specifications for your seat and hinge system to ensure that the damping mechanism is fully compatible and can be integrated seamlessly.
Q: Can you provide samples for testing purposes before we commit to a production order?
A: Yes, we can provide samples for testing purposes to ensure that the damping mechanism meets your specific requirements and expectations. Once you have approved the sample, we can move forward with a production order.

Before delving into the specifics of discussion, we would like to gain a clearer understanding of customer requirements:
1. Is it possible to modify the mold for toilet seat?
If modification is not an option, we can proceed with the design based on your current specifications.
2. We need understand that if customer consider the application of rotary damper for a range of toilet seat models? If so, we would like to ask for a parameter chart detailing the maximum torque and the dimensions of the smallest hinge hole for your various models. Attached with an example.
3. 3D file for toilet. This will enable our team to conduct a thorough assessment and facilitate further discussions.
When the cover plate starts from less than 90° and slowly drops to horizontal 0°and -90°. The curve of rotation torque acting on the damper by the cover plate is as follows:
T=L/2xWx cos a
Example
(90°~0°)M=2Ka,L=300mm
Fmax=2×9.8×0.3/2=2.94Nm
Fdamper=0~3.0Nm
Vane dampers are buffering mechanisms with certain Angle limit. In the product description of each series, the Angle reterence between the rotating axis of the proouct and the fixed position of the housing is indicated. When designing and instaling campers, ensure that the Angle of cover plate closure coincides with that of damper closure.
The cover plate should be designed with a positioning mechanism at the opening and dlosing positions. The vane damper can not be used as a positioning device.
The working Angle of the cover plate should be within the working Angle range of the damper. The damper is designed with a safety Angle marginat the starting and closing positions to ensure that the cover plate does not use this Angle when working.
Vane damper is marked with torgue output direction, torque output direction is on behalf of the damper output a certain torque to the rotatina body, so that the rotating body buffer deceleration. Therefore, this direction is equivalent to the direction in which the rotating body needs damping buffering.
The assemoly clearance at the position of the rotating shaft of the damper and the shel should be minimized as much as possible, because too much clearance will lead to the loss of the cushioning effect of the damper.Too large assembly clearance wil affect the service life of the damper, and may ead to impact fracture of the rotating shart and impact damage at the shell location.
