Gas spring comes more and more into our vision as vending carts become more popular. While we have some basic knowledge about spring, we want to know the difference between traditional and gas spring. What is the advantage of traditional and gas spring?

Status of traditional spring

We generally use mechanical stretch technology to process traditional spring . and design elastic force by controlling different extension length and diameters. The traditional springs are most made of alloys. That is, various types of metals are smelted together so you may hardly tell the properties of those metals.

Our gas spring can be used  as industrial accessories for supporting, buffering, height adjustment and angle adjustment. It consists of the these parts: gas cylinder, piston rod, piston, sealing guide sleeve, filler (inert gas or oil-air mixture). The traditional springs have to increase its elasticity as the higher need in frequency and life cycle. Its elastic performance reduced greatly so it cannot afford the demand in later period .
